Lira Thermal is having big time difficulties. Anyone who bought there should reconsider the investment and try to get out of the deal as quick as possible.

Don't ask why!

This is not precisely correct although it looks like that. The project has new investor who doesn't like neighbours. Once they secure the whole complex next season they will open it but not exactly for ski fans. There are certain activities that attract more interest than skiing and Russians know them very well Wink If the deal is finalised Lira will be one of the most popular places around.

Where do you get your information from re: Lira Thermal - I was under the impression that it was all going to be knocked down? - and what activities attract more interest to the Russians? (am I being thick here!)

It is just s rumour allegedly originating from a person who is doing the buy back at the moment.

Regarding the activites - they are not different than those in any popular resort  Wink Many people come in Bulgaria not only for ski.

Are you saying that Lira will become some sort of brothel?

It is very likely provided that all apartments are bought back...

We have invested in Lira Royal and are currently attempting to get our money back. We signed a termination contract for 120 days. The 120 days is now up but we have not received our money back despite numerous e-mails to Stuart. Has anybody received their money back on this ?
