Just to share you my experience with the so called "Bulgarian and International Property Investments".

Bought an apartment at All Seasons Club (Never-ending Nightmare Season) and after almost three years of lies just discovered that the money left to be paid are not enough to cover the mortgage on the apartment and I cannot buy it with free title!

Not to mention that the "Bulgarian and International Property Investments" are in fact the developer of this project and just claim to be agents. IN FACT THEY ARE THE DEVELOPERS.

And the quality... the quality.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS "AWARDED" BEST REAL ESTATE AGENCY!

Usually those who advertise their so called 'awards' are not the best in business.

"All Seasons Club Owners Association" might be useful for you.
