Sad story...

The cousins Lazarov & Nedev manage to produce quite a big mess which soon will start smelling.

Should you consider to purchase there examine thoroughly the documentation. And make sure to check in the state/municipal authorities as well.

Last thing I heard couple of days ago was that many buildings there have issued documents for demolition. Built illegally? Who knowns... Hope this doesn't affect someone who already purchased property.
