It is strange how obviously an illegal construction can be marketed and offered for sale.

The Bulgarian Constitution states in Art. 18. (1) that: "The State shall enjoy exclusive ownership rights over the underground resources; beaches and national thoroughfares, as well as over waters, forests and parks of national importance, and the natural and archaeological reserves established by law."

At the same time all plans and visualisations of Oasis VIP Homes show, beyond any doubt that the complex is placed right on the beach!



Think about whether "the sea within your reach" will not turn into an investment far, far away...
